Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on eligible, unused items.

Because our traps and marine gear are designed for outdoor and saltwater use, items must be returned unused and in original condition to be eligible for return or exchange.

Once a product has been used or exposed to saltwater, bait, debris, or marine life, it cannot be restocked or resold and is not eligible for return.

Return Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return:

• The return must be requested within 30 days of delivery

• The item must be unused, uninstalled, and free from signs of use

• The item must be returned in original condition

• Proof of purchase is required

Please note:

• Normal variations in wire, metal, coating, or finish are part of the manufacturing process and do not constitute defects

• Used or water-exposed gear cannot be accepted for return or exchange

Inspection Prior to Shipping

Each order receives a basic pre-shipment inspection to ensure it is free from obvious defects before leaving our shop.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of:

• The damaged item

• The shipping box

• The shipping label

We will review the claim and work with you on the appropriate next steps in accordance with carrier requirements.
